1. Do you believe that salvation and forgiveness of sins comes through belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and that you have received that salvation?

St. John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have Everlasting Life. 

2. Will You DO GOOD to others by acts of COMPASSION?

II Corinthians 5:20 - We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf; be reconciled to God.

3. Will You faithfully support the Cedar Springs Christian Church through giving your time, talents, and money?

Colossians 3:8 - But now you must rid yourself of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. 

4. Will you be faithful in Bible Study and Prayer as you develop your spiritual person?

Ephesians 5:19 - Speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart for the Lord.

5. Will you work in harmony with the Cedar Springs Christian Church community for the advancement and growth of the Body of Christ?

Ephesians 4:13 - 'Til we all come in the unity of Faith, and in the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
